German Chocolate Cheesecake

1 1/4 lb oreos, crushed
6 tablespoon butter
1 mix and pat into bottom of 10 sprin; gform pan. bake at
350 degrees for 10 minutes.
1 after removing crust from the oven,; place a pan of water on
1 the bottom oven shelf.

2 lb cream cheese, unwrapped and warmed; in
1 the microwave 2 minutes on high
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla
5 jumbo eggs, out of the shell and wa; rmed in
1 microwave 25 seconds
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cornstarch

Strain cottage cheese, stir in cream. Add sugar, eggs, grated lemon peel, vanilla, raisins and cornstarch. Mix flour and baking soda and add. Pour batter into dough lining, top with grated almonds and bake in 375F oven for about 1 hour. When done, cool cake in a warm place. Do not chill. Mix: all ingredients and, on a bread board, knead to a supple dough. Roll out and use as instructed in above recipe.
