German Brown Bread

2 1/2 cup milk; sour
1 cup maple syrup; or sugar
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 graham flour; to make thick batter
Place in bread pan, let rise in warm place 1/2 hour. This makes 1 large loaf.
Note: No time or temperature given. Assume a moderate 350 - 400 F oven for 45 - 60 minutes.
