----MEDIUM LOAF----
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 cup bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
This loaf rises very high and is suprisingly good. We have tried other breadmaker cornmeal breads but none have equaled this one.
