Donna German 100% Whole Wheat

1 1/8 cup water
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/2 teaspoon rapid rise yeast
4 1/2 teaspoon gluten
3/4 teaspoon lecithin

Start the machine. After the machine has completed the first knead cycle, stop the machine and then restart the machine on the rapid or quick cycle. **Note: If you use whole wheat bread flour you do not need to add gluten. THis recipe is an adaptation of Donna German's book: 100% whole wheat bread recipe. We were trying to make a basic 100% whole wheat bread that would be just right for sandwiches.
