1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed; crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
Stir all of the ingredients together except the oil. Gradually add the oil, stirring constantly. Or, you can shake all the ingredients in a bottle until well blended. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
