2/3 lb lean pork meat
1 oil
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 clove of garlic
7 oz pods
1 tablespoon sesame seed
2 tablespoon catsup
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
12 cherry tomatoes
1 salt
Cut the meat in very small strips, fry the meat in the hot oil in a wok, constantly stirring, add after 1 minute the gingerpowder en pressed garlic and stir-fry another 2 minutes, add the pods, sesamseed, ketchup, vinegar, sugar and tiny tomatoes, stir-fry another 2 minutes, add salt to taste. Serve.
