32 oz dry red wine
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 spiral orange peel
1 stick cinnamon
4 cloves
8 tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup rum
Combine wine, juice, peel, cinnamon, cloves and 4 Tbl sugar in saucepan. Simmer 8-10 minutes; strain into punch bowl. Heat rum slightly. Place remaining sugar in large metal spoon or ladle. Light rum with a match; pour over sugar. Pour burning sugar over punch. Be careful and ENJOY!!! FROM: RITA TAULE (BTVC62A)
