Roquefort Dressing >ian Hoare

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
6 tablespoon cream
6 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon roquefort cheese
1 dash lemon juice
Press the roquefort cheese through a sieve. Blend all together till smooth. If it's too thick, dilute with a little water.
