40 gr salt
50 gr sugar
1 ltr oil
1/2 ltr bouillon (beef broth)
3 eggs
3 shallots
3 gloves of garlic
4 centiliter soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet mustard
100 gr chillisauce or spiced
1 ketchup
1 raspberry-vinegar
1 take the eggs, mustard,
1 garlic,shallots and put it
1 in a blender and run it on
1 high; then add the oil
1 slowly, add the broth and
1 the rest of the spices.the
1 raspberry-vinegar is added
1 to taste .
